  3. Red Line at Woodley Park-Zoo Outbound Track; Battered Rail Joint on outside rail (A2 129+00)
  4. BL/OR/SV at Federal Triangle Outbound Track; 7th Followup Two Porcelain Third Rail Insulators installed within platform limits  
  5. BL/SV at Addison Road Inbound Track; Nine separate rail defects (rail squats) identified on both rails within a three hundred foot distance.
